IntroductionThe dashboard is a concise overview of the entire e-commerce lifecycle. It shows the exact numbers and figures in real-time, starting from the availability of products till their subsequent delivery and feedback.
How to access on Fynd Platform
There are primarily 7 sections in the dashboard that highlight real-time metrics and charts. Moreover, you can preview and download them in popular file formats like PDF and CSV.
Under all the sections, each parameter has 3 icons:

GeneralThe General tab is simply a summarized version of the analytics. This makes it easier for sellers to take a glance at their business and its performance.
- Catalogue Basic - Shows the count of all the products, brands, departments and categories that have been made live.
- Cart Basic - Shows the number of items placed in the cart by authenticated and anonymous users.
- Authenticated Cart - Items added to the cart by users who have signed-in in the app.
- Anonymous Cart - Number of items added by guest users who are yet to sign-in.
- Placed Bags - Shows the number of orders placed successfully.
- Content Basic - Shows the number of pages and blogs created in the application.
- Feedback Basic - Shows the number of product reviews received within the application.

Catalogue & InventoryCatalogue & Inventory is simply a list of all the products and their availability, e.g. brand, type, size, colour, gender and much more.
- Catalogue Basic - Shows the count of all the products, brands, departments and categories that have been made live.
- Inventory Distribution - Shows the real-time availability of articles in the inventory. Articles are items that have a unique ID, and they may be available in different sizes. For example, Nike running shoes (size 6) and the same Nike shoes of a different size (size 7) will be considered as different articles.
- Size Distribution - Shows the availability of different sizes of articles in the inventory.
- Products Stock Distribution - Shows the availability of products in the inventory. It is the total number of articles in the inventory.
- Product with Images Availability - Shows the number of items having images in its product description. This is an excellent measure to understand the number of products that do not have images in their description.
- Products Gender Distribution - Shows the number of products available for Men, Women, Boys and Girls.
- Products Department Distribution - Shows the number of products belonging to a department. Men's Fashion, Women's Fashion, Kids, Beauty & Personal Care and Electronics are some of the popular departments.
- Products Brand Distribution - Shows the number of products that belong to distinct brands. For example, Nike, Mothercare, ColorPlus, etc.
- Products Category Distribution - Shows all the category of products. A brand may sell products under various categories. For e.g., categories in shoes consist of sneakers, hiking shoes, flip-flops, floaters, etc.

Cart & PaymentThe Cart & Payment tab summarizes the specific choices selected by the customers while adding items to their cart, such as the most used coupons, preferred payment method, brands and categories whose products are added frequently to the cart.
- Cart Basic - Shows the number of items placed in the cart by anonymous and registered users.
- Authenticated Cart - Items added to the cart by users who have signed-in in the app.
- Anonymous Cart - Number of items added by guest users who are yet to sign-in.
- Cart Payment Distribution - Shows the payment mode selected in the cart, but yet to checkout. It includes:
- NetBanking [NB]
- Cash-on-delivery [COD]
- Card Payment i.e., Credit Card/Debit Card [CARD]
- Point of Sale [PS]
- Pay Later [PL]
- Wallet [WL]
- QR Code Scan [QR]
- Unified Payment Interface [UPI]
- [Unspecified]: One or more items are still in the cart, and the user is yet to make a payment transaction.
- Cart Most Used Coupon - Shows the most-utilized coupons that have been availed and applied in the cart. For example,
ADVANCE_PAY
coupon has been availed nearly 60 times, as shown below.
- Carts Categories Distribution - Shows the categories of products that have been added to the cart.
- Carts Brand Distribution - Shows the brands of products that have been added to the cart.

OrderThe Order tab summarizes the specific choices selected by the customers while placing an order, such as the preferred payment method, brands and categories whose products are ordered frequently, delivery partners who are highly involved for the shipment.
- Placed Bags - Shows the number of orders placed successfully.
- Orders Payment Distribution - Shows the payment mode used to place the order during checkout.

- Orders Categories Distribution - Shows the categories of products whose orders have been placed.
- Orders Store Distribution - Shows the stores from which products have been ordered during checkout.
- Orders Brand Distribution - Shows the brands of products whose orders have been placed.
- Orders Company Distribution - Shows the source companies that manage the store from which the products are ordered.
- Orders Delivery Partner Distribution - Shows all the delivery partners involved in the shipment of orders.

ContentFrom the content tab, a seller can view the number of blogs and web-pages created on the website using the Platform Panel. Check Pages and Blogs
- Content Basic - Shows the number of created pages and blogs.

User BehaviourFrom the user behaviour tab, sellers can view how their customers are visiting and navigating their website. They can succinctly analyze how many customers landed on their sales channel and subsequently made a purchase.
- User Application Conversion - Shows a discrete analytical data of a user’s journey through all the touchpoints.
- User Store Conversion - Shows a discrete analytical data of a user’s journey through all the offline touchpoints in a physical store. Not applicable to online stores, hence no data.
- User Application Conversion Funnel - Shows a cumulative analytical data of a user’s journey through major touchpoints.
- User Store Conversion Funnel - Shows a cumulative analytical data of a user’s journey through major touchpoints in a physical store. Not applicable to online stores, hence no data.
