How to access on Fynd Platform

Options to Enable or Disable in Product Settings#

  1. Allow selection of seller on PDP

    • Description: If a product is available at more than 1 store, your customers will have an option to choose the store from where their order will be fulfilled. If this option is disabled, the store will be selected automatically and your customer won't get the option to choose a store.

  1. Allow staff to modify product information

    • Description: If you enable this option, any staff who has the necessary privileges, can request raise a request to change the product information. For example, there's a product that's available only in blue colour; however, it's incorrectly mentioned as green on the website. In this case, a staff can raise a modification request as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4

  1. Allow product request

    • Description: If you enable this option, a customer can request a desired product if he or she is unable to find it on your website or store.

  1. Display price according to

    • Description: Let's say, the price of a mobile is Rs. 10,000 for a 32GB model and Rs. 15,000 for a 64GB model. Therefore, the mobile is set to have a price range between 10,000 to 15,000. 'Display price according to' allows you to display either the minimum price (Min) on the product listing (i.e. Rs. 10,000), or the maximum price (i.e. Rs. 15,000), or the range itself (i.e. Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000)

  1. Compare Product

    • Description: If you enable this, your customers will be able to use a comparison feature to compare more than 1 product. This feature is displayed on the product description page as shown below.
